Introduction
Kids around the age of 8 and above have developed logical and deductive reasoning skills with improved hand-eye coordination. Their play behaviour also evolves from free play to more structured interactions and expectations. The goal of these activities is to inspire 8 + year kids to learn and explore various STEM concepts through fun and hands-on play.

Activity 1: Construction crane
In this activity, kids build a working mini-tower construction crane and learn how its structure holds itself together and moves heavy load from one point to another with a counterweight.
Activity 2: Hydraulic excavator
In this activity, kids assemble a mini fully working hydraulic excavator and explore how hydraulic system is used to power everything from car brakes to garage doors. The three syringe are used to rotate the boom, move the arm up and down and also to give the bucket its scooping action.
Activity 3: Motor boat
In this activity, the kids assemble a fully-functional motor boat and learn how the buoyant forces helps boat floats on water while the motor-powered propeller pushes water backward sail ahead.
Activity 4: Motor car
In this activity, kids assemble a fully-functional motor car and learn how motion is transferred from electric motor to the wheels using set of gears.
